Description
This sheltered island conserved by Island Heritage Trust is open for low-impact day use. The best landing is at the north end of the island, which also provides access to a perimeter trail. Note that the area around the island flats out at low tide, so visitors should time their visits accordingly.

Anchorage
The best anchorage is found west of Whitmore Neck and south of Warren Point. This is a well protected anchorage with good holding in 16ft of water.
