Kids swam off the beach at slack tide; we rinsed the anchor chain before stowing it. A good day to be on the water.

Anchored in the lee for a calm night. The harbor radio had a weather heads-up worth sharing.

First light on the channel: fog thinning over the bell. We picked up a spare mooring line from the fuel dock and shared a tide table with the boat behind us.
