Description
This lovely little point of shoreside mainland is located just to the east of Strawberry Creek Island. Look for a hanging buoy and white preserve sign at the southernmost point of land. There you will find a set of rock steps leading to a short, informal trail along the shore. Access to this site is limited at low tide as it is surrounded by extensive mudflats. Please respect the private property of neighbors abutting the preserve. Pets must be under owner control and should not bother wildlife, neighbors or other users. The islet to the west is home to an osprey nest. Please steer clear of the islet before July 1.There is no land access to the preserve.
