Description
This 23-acre Royal River Conservation Trust preserve includes a pet-friendly perimeter trail. The best landing is by the ledge on the northeast point, where stone steps lead to a bench and the trail. The Preserve is also accessible by road, but with strict limitations on parking and there is no opportunity to launch boats at this site. Day use only, no fires. Anchorage
Anchorage to the southeast of Littlejohn Island near the shores of Great Chebeague Island. Can be busy in the summer, and make sure not to block the path of the ferry boat. Protected only from the south and east.

Pets allowed under strict owner control; leash pets or leave them at home to protect visitors and wildlife. Pack out all solid pet waste.
